Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of the present moment and accepting it. Intentional living reduces anxiety and stress. Tools such as conscious breathing help us to remain focused on the present, without being pulled into the regrets of the past or worries about the future. Mindfulness provides health benefits to both our bodies and minds. As we become more aware of ourselves and our feelings, we can be fully present to those we love and care about. We become better at the things we need to do and the activities we enjoy. Mindfulness promotes better concentration and focus, and enhances our impulse control.
