Spiritual Direction is a relationship that helps a person to deepen her or his spiritual life intentionally. It teaches methods of prayer for busy people, even for those who are unsure about prayer. It helps one learn how to discover God's presence in the world, and how God communicates with us. It is about our experience of God, not about doctrine or creed. It is helpful for new Christians and experienced ones alike.
